Your rights matter. Discrimination has no place here.
Factour prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, and disability — the seven classes protected under the federal Fair Housing Act. This prohibition also extends to any additional classes protected by state or local law in the markets where Factour operates, which may include source of income, age, marital status, veteran status, and other characteristics.
Every person who uses Factour deserves equal, respectful, and professional service. Agents on the Factour Platform are required to certify their compliance with the Fair Housing Act as a condition of registration, and violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent removal, and referral to the appropriate enforcement agencies.
Use this form to report discriminatory treatment you experienced during a tour or interaction with an agent on the Factour Platform. All complaints are reviewed by our team.
Factour's internal complaint process is one avenue available to you, but it does not replace or limit your legal rights. You have the right to file a fair housing complaint with external agencies at any time, regardless of whether you file a complaint with Factour.
