Recruiting now

Get paid to show homes, one showing at a time.

Factour pays licensed agents to host single showings, in person or live on video, with no representation agreement and no long-term commitment. Buyers enter any address they want to see, MLS-listed or for sale by owner, and you show it. A buyer books a showing, you show the home, you get paid. That is the whole transaction.

We are onboarding founding agents now, ahead of launching agent tours market by market. Founding agents are first in their market and first to the buyer demand as it builds.

Why agents join Factour.

Set your own price.

You decide the fee for each showing, with a $15 minimum. Factour charges a flat $10 agent-side platform fee per paid tour. No percentage commissions or monthly fee.

Get paid to show homes without taking on a client.

Each showing is a standalone job covered by its own single-tour agreement, executed on the platform at booking. No long-term representation agreement, no obligation to convert the buyer, no obligation from the buyer to you.

Demand on any home from day one.

Buyers enter an address. You may be showing an MLS-listed home to an unrepresented buyer, or a for sale by owner home to a buyer who wants a professional present. You are not limited to homes listed on Factour.

Show on your terms.

Take the showings that fit your schedule, in the areas you already cover, at the price you set. In person or live on video, your choice.

Brokerage-direct payment.

Your brokerage is generally the merchant of record through its Stripe Standard account. Capture follows the tour and 30-minute review window; your brokerage handles your share under its agreement with you.

Fewer wasted trips.

Every buyer is phone and card verified before they can book, which filters out bots, fake numbers, and throwaway requests. Verification reduces spam. It is not a background check and does not screen anyone for safety, so follow your brokerage's safety practices as you normally would.

First in your market.

Agent tours launch market by market as enough agents join. Founding agents hear first and get the early demand.

How it works.

1

Apply and verify your license.

Tell us your market and your license number. We confirm your license before you go live.

2

Set your showing fee and availability.

Choose your price per showing and the times and areas you will cover. Change them anytime.

3

Accept showings that fit.

Buyers book, you accept the ones that work for you. Each one is a single, standalone showing.

4

Show the home and complete the review window.

Host in person or on live video. The authorized payment is captured after the final property and 30-minute review window, unless a report or dispute pauses it.

What you earn.

You set the fee for each showing. Factour charges a flat $10 platform fee on each side: the buyer pays $10 on top of your fee, and you are charged $10 from yours. No commissions, no revenue-share percentages, no monthly fee.

You set your own price based on the home, market, and format, subject to a $15 minimum tour fee. Price higher for luxury or distant properties; it is your call.

Example on a $50 showing

Buyer pays$60.00
Your showing fee$50.00
Factour platform fee (your side)−$10.00
Brokerage receives before Stripe fee$40.00

Who qualifies.

You must hold an active real estate license in the market where you want to take showings, and participate in accordance with your brokerage and license obligations. Factour verifies your license before activation. Founding agent slots open market by market, and early applicants are first in line when their market launches.

Questions agents ask.

Does this work with the written agreement requirement?+
Yes. Every Factour booking includes a written single-tour agreement between you and the buyer, presented and executed on the platform before the showing. It covers that one tour and nothing more. What you do not take on is a long-term buyer representation agreement or any obligation past the showing. You remain responsible for confirming the agreement meets your state's and your brokerage's requirements, and for providing any agency disclosures your jurisdiction requires.
What does it cost me to join?+
Nothing to join. There is no application fee or monthly fee. For each paid tour, Factour deducts a flat $10 agent-side platform fee from the fee you set; there is no percentage commission. The buyer pays your fee plus a separate $10 consumer platform fee. Standard card processing also applies.
How and when do I get paid?+
Your sponsoring brokerage must complete Stripe Standard onboarding and is the merchant of record for paid tours; the charge appears under its actual brokerage name. One full-tour hold is manually placed 24–48 hours before the tour and captured only after the final property ends and the 30-minute review window closes. Factour receives a flat $20 application fee; your brokerage handles refunds, disputes, and your compensation under its brokerage agreement.
Do I set my own prices?+
Yes. You set the fee for every showing and can change it anytime, subject to the $15 minimum tour fee. The buyer sees your fee, the separate $10 consumer platform fee, and the total before accepting.
Can I show homes on video?+
Yes. You can host in person or as a live virtual showing, walking the home on video while the buyer watches and asks questions in real time.
When does my market launch?+
Agent tours launch market by market as enough licensed agents join to serve buyers well. Founding agents who apply early are first in line and are notified when their market opens.
What kind of homes will I show?+
Any home a buyer wants to see in your market. Buyers enter an address, so you may be showing an MLS-listed home to a buyer who has no agent yet, or a for sale by owner home to a buyer who wants a professional present. You are not limited to homes listed on Factour.
