Before your tour, you and the agent both sign a short single-tour agreement. It covers that one showing: who is showing you the home, what it costs, and that the agent is not representing you beyond that tour. It takes a moment on your phone at booking.
What you are not signing is a buyer representation agreement. You are not committing to work with that agent again, not agreeing to any commission on a future purchase, and not obligated past the showing. Most states now require a written agreement before an agent shows you a home, so this keeps the tour properly documented while leaving you free.

Factour is onboarding licensed agents now, ahead of launching agent tours market by market. Set your own fee per showing, subject to the $15 minimum. Paid tours are processed through your sponsoring brokerage's Stripe Standard account, and there is no monthly fee. Founding agents get first access to buyer demand as it builds.
