Recruiting now

Agent-hosted tours
and live virtual showings.

In-person and virtual property tours with licensed local agents, offered without a buyer representation agreement. Factour is onboarding founding agents now, ahead of a market-by-market launch.

This service is launching soon. Owner-listed homes are already on the platform. Founding agents who join now get first access to that inventory as tours launch market by market.

For buyers

Tour any home, any way you want.

Virtual showings from anywhere. In-person tours on your schedule. One platform, one transparent price, zero long-term commitment.

Live virtual showings

A licensed local agent walks through the property on live video. Ask questions, request a closer look, and experience the home in real time from anywhere.

On-demand access

Post a request and receive agent proposals within hours, for a virtual showing today or an in-person tour this weekend.

Transparent pricing

Agent compensation is disclosed upfront and acknowledged as negotiable. You know what you pay before you confirm.

Secure payments

Pay after your tour through Stripe. Factour never stores your card details. A 30-minute review window lets you flag any issue before the charge processes.

Open marketplace

Compare agents based on profiles, reviews, prices, and availability. No agent pays for placement or priority.

No subscription, no commitment

Pay per tour. No membership, no monthly fee. A 10% platform fee is added to the agent's price. No charge until after the tour is complete.

Single-tour agreement

No long-term buyer representation agreement required. When you accept a proposal, a written agreement is formed for that tour only, scoped to one property and one appointment.

Virtual showings

A licensed agent, live at the property, on your screen.

A Factour virtual showing is not a pre-recorded video. It is a live session with a licensed agent who is physically inside the property. Ask them to open a closet, check the water pressure, look at the electrical panel. They are there. You direct the tour.

Virtual showings are priced and billed the same as in-person tours. The agent's fee is set by the agent and disclosed upfront. The platform adds a 10% fee, charged after the session is complete.

Be a founding agent in your market.

Factour is onboarding licensed agents now, ahead of launching agent-hosted tours and live virtual showings market by market. Founding agents get first access to buyer demand as it builds, set their own fee per showing, and pay no monthly fee.

Owner-listed homes are already on the platform. Those are showings buyers will want, and founding agents get them first. We launch agent tours market by market as enough agents join. Founding agents hear first.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a virtual showing on Factour?+
A virtual showing on Factour is a live, real-time video tour conducted by a licensed local agent who is physically present at the property. You can ask questions, request a closer look at any feature, and experience the home as if you were there in person. Agent pricing and platform fees apply the same way as in-person tours.
How does a virtual showing work?+
Post a request, review agent proposals, and accept the one that works for you. Once confirmed, you receive a private video meeting link. At the scheduled time, your agent joins from inside the property and conducts a live walkthrough. The session is private and scoped to your confirmed appointment.
Can I book a virtual showing for a property in another city?+
Yes. Virtual showings are specifically designed for buyers who want to tour a property before traveling. Post your tour request with the property address and licensed agents in that local market will submit proposals.
What platforms are used for virtual showings?+
You choose your preferred platform when you request a tour. Factour supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and Signal. The agent provides the meeting link after confirmation.
Are there any fees charged to consumers?+
Yes. Consumers are charged a Tour Request Fee of 10% of the agent's tour fee. If an agent charges $100, the consumer pays $110 total. No subscription fees, no membership fees, and no charge until after the tour is complete.
When will agent tours be available in my market?+
Agent-hosted tours and virtual showings launch market by market as enough licensed agents join. Agents can apply now to be founding agents. When a market launches, founding agents and waiting buyers are notified first.
